A pile of housing

A pile of housing, i.e. a terraced house based on the urban concept of an inhabited platform. Edge, as the interface between two worlds, was defined with terraces, the principle of which invites a person up to the inhabited platform. The mass of the house outgrows the adjacent logistics hall, giving the house two different entrance floors. The ground floor on the natural terrain is connected to the main path connecting our site with Prague, the fifth floor at the platform level completes the backdrop of civic amenities. The individual floors of the house jump off in such way, to give space at the back of the building for additional functions of housing. There is a parking lot, technical area, cellars, workshop, co-work, sauna and cinema.
