LOUKOV - EDEN PARK & SPA

My project is located in the village of Loukov, Czech Republic. The latter consists in the rehabilitation of the priest house as well as the barn. The concept behind Eden Park and SPA is to attract a younger population, to create new dynamics in the surroundings and to offer the inhabitants a gathering area for various events. The Priest house features multi-purpose rooms as well as dormitories for skatepark users, its extension is transformed into a SPA with the addition of an additional riverside building to complete the latter. The roof structure of the SPA is completely redone. The barn keeps its initalle evenveloppe and is extended to accommodate the skatepark, changing rooms and a bar. Finally, the course is redesigned to accommodate several terraces on which users can relax.
