Housing Vršovická

Annotation

A plot near Nusle in Vršovice, a plot of land under Havlíčkovy sady between the Botič stream and the busy Vršovická street. A place where the block city structure is gradually broken down into smaller building units. I maintain the quality of the block development by designing a community courtyard divided into a part with a community garden, flower beds and parts with a basketball court. With its structure, the house enters through the street line with massive ridges, which break the entire building into smaller units. I am designing gardens on the roof with a view of Havlíčkovy sady and the Vršovice railway station.
