Municipal Housing Safranka

City apartments on Šafránka are intended for medical personnel and the socially needy. They are separated (or connected) from the original street development by a lookout tower providing a view of the valley below. This part connects the recreational Ladronka and the residential part near Šafránka. The space around the tower offers a place for spending free time and meeting the original and new community, which can use the area between the buildings as a common garden. The housing units are arranged so that a family with children lives next to a senior citizen or a person with a physical limitation, and on the other side is a young couple or an individual. Community ties can thus be strengthened through mutual care.
