HOUSING FOR BHUTAN

Bhutan - the last fairytale kingdom. One foot in the 21st century and the other in the Middle Ages. The culture of Bhutan, so unique, is the biggest attraction of the entire country. Ecology, sustainability, respect and reverence for people and traditions is deeply rooted in the way of life of the inhabitants of this country. About 70% of Bhutan's land area is forested, and the Bhutanese have long worked to keep it that way. In Bhutan, environmental protection is deeply rooted in the way of life of the people of this country. Nature and Buddhism are among the most important commodities. I tried to base my design concept on all these attributes. I wanted to include the houses in the landscape.
