FAMILY HOUSING NOVE DVORY

The apartment building is a part of a block of four similar houses that form a height transition between the existing family houses and the newly planned high-rise buildings of Nove Dvory. Due to the main features of the location as access to an equipped shared garden, location in a calmer street, the availability of a sports field, park, primary school and kindergarten, the project is intended mainly for families with children. The character of the place is also influenced by the small amount of apartments and there is a potential for forming of a community.
