APARTMENT HOUSE OSTRAVA!!!

The aim of the work was to design modern accommodation for the newly proposed area under Žofinka. The assignment was an 18-story building with a floor plan of 18 by 18 meters in which I created pleasant housing for the residents of Ostrava. I designed the house with four apartments per floor in two typical floors or two luxury apartments. The apartments have a large layout and always focus on the common area for the views. To make full use of the view, every apartment in the building is equipped with a balcony. The balconies are distributed around the perimeter and alternate in three typical floors, creating the impression of rotation on the building. The space between the balconies is always filled with white strips with flowers that fall over the edge.
