Lightness, freedom, movement, circle, infinity. Courtyard balcony as part of the apartment. Living under Grébovka in Vršovická offers a non-standard way of living in the neighborhood. The four blocks form a closed ring connected by a lounge, where we can sit next to each other on the way to work enjoying a morning cigarette. Or the neighbor who waters her ficus at the same time every day.
The blocks accompany Vršovicka Street and at the same time open it up and calm it down. The unique location offers residents a view of Gröb's villa, the house approaches itself to provide this everyday experience. There are greenhouses and barbecue terraces. In a non-invasive way, I give the building options for people.
