ROOFTOP GARDENS

The task of the studio work was to create a completely new development in Nové Dvory, in the surroundings of the future metro line D. The site is located on the southwest corner of the new block. According to the zoning plan, the building is a height dominant with a range of sixteen floors and a total height of 52 meters. The apartment building is adjacent to a garage building, which provides its roof as a living space for residents. The house on the first floor is observant to a defined plot. On the higher floors, the character of the facade is given by the balconies, which surround the building from all sides, together with the sunshades, which provide a pleasant environment on the balconies and in the apartments.
