The apartment complex is designed to provide comfortable and functional housing for hard-working hospital staff in the vicinity of Šafránka and their families. The project consists of two separate housing units, each of which is adapted to the specific needs of the intended residents. In the first housing unit, there are maisonette apartments intended for housing hospital workers and their families. These apartments contain two bedrooms, each facing opposite directions, south and north, providing plenty of natural light and a comfortable living environment. The second housing unit is a bunkhouse containing modest apartments for individuals or young couples. These apartments have one bedroom with windows facing primarily northeast, allowing for plenty of natural light and privacy.
