Student House MCH68

The house is a memorial to the victim Marie Charousková, who was shot by a Soviet soldier in 1968. On the site of that event, there is a gallery that bears the name of Marie Charousková and, in addition to the monument, is another reference to this event. The house borders the edge of the park and with its length forms a barrier that isolates part of the park from the busy road. In the building we find 72 apartments with full equipment and in the background of the building we find a gym, a workshop, a common room, a laundry room, a storage cubicle and a garden on the roof of the house, which compensate for the 21 m2 that each apartment has. Furthermore, the parterre offers a number of services for the public and the residents of the apartment.
