Citovka

Litoměřice is an important city mainly from a historical point of view. It boasts with beautiful medieval walls, a historic center, a churches and a seceret tunnel under a part of the city. Same as many Czech cities, has this one started to grow. That is why I will contribute to this place with a residential building in the beautiful surroundings of the walls, on a place of existing parking lot. My design works with a four-story building with a ground floor dedicated to commercial use and another three floors, each for 11 apartments. An important aspect is also the courtyard and the newly created street leading to the walls, where are the main entrances situated.
