APARTMENT BUILDING OSTRAVA!!!

Ostrava is a diverse city full of new opportunities. One of them is also the location of my apartment building - a brownfield in an area called Pod Žofinkou. This location is very key, as it is located between the historic center of Ostrava and Dolní Vítkovice. It therefore has the potential to connect these two important zones and thus improve the quality of urban planning in the city. When designing this eighteen-story apartment building, I worked with a floor plan of 18x18 meters, from which I then created niches of 6x2 meters. I then rotate these niches on the facade so that there are always two facing each other. I then ran balconies along all the floor plans, on which sliding shutters are installed.
