Rohanský ostrov forms a large unpaved part of Karlín's public space. The island has been a black dump for many years, but recently its great potential has begun to be used. The project was created on the basis of the urban study "Rohanský ostrov" prepared by the studio of Pavel Hnilička Architekti for the purpose of revitalization and urban development of this area. The design of the residental building is located on the southwest side of block CIII.
