Multifunctional building, Marina Ipswich, UK

The site is located in the area of Ipswich Waterfront, a fast changing leisure marina. A precipitous development graduated in a rich combination of styles and materials, both new and traditional. The aim of the project is to create a link between the Waterfront and St. Peter's Street, to improve a transmittance of the area by creating new pedestrian links and introduction of combination of functions, which ensure an integration of social strata and various everyday activities.
