REGULATORY PLAN: ZLIČÍN - New centre around the metro station

The regulatory plan is a continuation of the urban planning study that my colleague and I developed last semester. The aim of the project was to regulate construction in the new area near the Zličín metro station so that it becomes a certain centre for local residents and visitors, while not losing the value of the area and the character of the public spaces created in the study. The planned new district has two main axes, into which the main public spaces are situated. The two main streets of the project are also in the direction of these axes. The area is defined by a shopping centre, which forms the main point of attraction, and the metro stop, together with the extended tram tracks that connect the residential areas to each other.
