Prague-Libeň: The New Business and Commercial Center of Prague

The aim of the project is to understand and design how the Libeň Railway and its surroundings can be developed. While designing, we need to take into consideration the growth of the city and the future needs that would be a result of this expansion. This project focuses on creating the new business and commercial center of Prague. In order to satisfy the growing needs of these functions, which exceed the capacity of the current commercial center, we believe this is a convenient area for the expansion. It is just a few minutes away by train from the city center. The approach aims at creating a high-quality environment that unifies the areas on both sides of the tracks and brings new attractive functions to the area.
