Regulatory plan. Zličín - Residential block

The regulatory plan was prepared on the basis of the "Zličín United" urban study (ateliér Šindlerová). The area is located on the site of the current Zličín depot. The main driving force behind the change in the character of the area is the tram line that stretches from the Řepy residential area to the metro station. The tramway and the arena at its end form the main axis of the design. By dividing the detail into two halves, I have taken the more residential part for regulation in order to combine commercial development near the tram line with a comfortable environment for the inhabitants of the area. The area is also crossed by a green belt, which is formed by a street with a park and passes near educational and sports facilities.
