NEW CULTURAL CENTER | PŘEROV NAD LABEM

The NEW CULTURAL CENTER offers the residents of Přerov nad Labem the cultural opportunities currently lacking in the community. The project comprises three separate buildings - a café, a community center, and a multifunctional hall - connected by an "ambit" that houses a courtyard serving as a small community garden. Among the three structures, the building with the multifunctional hall is the largest and can be used for various cultural events and sports purposes. The community center aims to foster new neighborhood connections and strengthen existing ones, as many young families with children are moving to Přerov, unfamiliar with each other. The cultural center's architectural style is reminiscent of Přerov's historical buildings, with its collection of structures featuring pitched roofs
