??? Is it possible to open the block to passers-by and not let them inside between the rows of tomatoes? It is possible with the separation of height levels. From Vršovická directly to Grébovka. The block consists of 3 seemingly identical houses. They are held down by solid walls that blend into the parterre. The shape of the houses allows for optimal sunlight and at the same time creates a lot of new corners, both for the new residents of Vršovice and for the public. Inside we find a wide range of housing of various standards. The basic units are 3 bedroom and 5 bedroom apartments with a continuous balcony.
