Zahrada Bondy - Bondy Garden

Villa Bondy was built in the XIXth century as the representative house for the owner of the attached hops processing building. The neo-classical facade facing the street hides a complex of industrial buildings in the back.
The project focuses on giving a new function to the complex, especially the ground floor of the back buildings and redevelopping the courtyard of the whole plot, turning them into public space, offering a diversity of cultural equipments
