Tábor - revitalization of the industrial area

The town of Tabor is known for its history, but it is not only the picturesque streets of the old town or the pleasant boulevards of the new town that abound. On its outskirts, at a short distance from the centre and in direct connection with residential areas, there are development areas dealing with industry. The project deals with the revitalisation of one of these development areas of the city, namely the industrial area of Ústí suburb. The basic theme of the concept is permeability and the creation of a city of short distances. The project is divided into three phases, showing the development of the design over time.
