House in Gap Site

The house in a gap site with a varied content is located in the newly developing district of Prague-Holešovice. The mass complements the street line and strengthens the entire plot. On the ground floor there is a designed passage, which serves for easier entry into the building and as connection of the street with the courtyard. On the ground floor there is a large restaurant with a bar. The second and third floors are dedicated to the hostel with a raised and ceiling-light in common area. The next floors are dedicated to the apartments. The apartments can be accessed through an open gallery, which lines a semi-private courtyard.
