Connecting Svatá Anna

Annotation

The project located in the cadastral area of Měšice village in the city of Tábor is named after the former quarry and a chapel of Svatá Anna. Its main objective is to reconnect the area of Svatá Anna to the nearby village of Měšice and the city center by creating new pedestrian connections. Currently, the E55 highline divides the area, leaving Svata Anna isolated from the rest of Tábor. The project also focuses on connecting different parts of the territory that are currently scattered around. Additionally, by clearly setting the boundaries and preserving the natural landscape, the project aims to limit the city's further expansion to the south , prevent urban sprawl and maintain the balance between urban development and surrounding agriculture with nature.
