New Sokol building and new square in the Mall Strana

The main idea of my proposal is to support the local residents of Mala Strana in their safe stay outdoors in nature, but at the same time in the city. The first step towards change is the necessity to remove the ground parking and "supply yard" type operations at the Pytloun Hotel. These areas are the most attractive and should primarily serve pedestrians and visitors to the properties. I am proposing a small ground floor building here, which by its location responds to one of the barriers / undefined boundary of semi-public and public space / and thanks to this the area can be defined. This creates two functional areas - a new plaza and a courtyard.
