SM10 APARTMENTS

In stark contrast to the linear site located on the Smíchov riverside, four tall towers stand as a monument of modern living, offering stunning views and calmness of the Císařská louka cove. These pillars rise above the waterfront, 9 floors of apartments - a combination of three single level apartments along with three maisonettes. Other six residential building were placed along the waterfront, offering different types of flats, this time with a terrace house typology. These were developed by my colleague and are a contrasting element to the towers. A park was placed between the two areas of the site, connecting both worlds.
