City housing Jeronýmova

The project is located on the site of the former bus station in Tábor. The station forms the centre of the new town and is. We are demolishing the bus station, relocating it and proposing a block with a courtyard in its place. The overall concept of the block is based on creating as many public spaces and functions as possible. The heart of the block is a courtyard that is open to the public. Below the block there is a public two-storey car park. My apartment building forms the corner of the block at Jeronýmova and Šafaříkova Streets. The house is designed as urban rental housing. The apartment building tries to provide housing for different groups of people and in different standards. Students, young couples and families with children can meet throughout the house.
