EDUCATIONAL LINE

The project involves the construction of two facilities, namely an educational center and student housing, as well as the completion of a block in the Kovak area near the local road of the city circuit. The educational center is designed to provide a modern educational environment for students and residents of Smíchov. The building will be programmatically connected to the existing secondary school and educational activities already present in the block. The center will provide diverse spaces, including workshops, study rooms, laboratories, and coworking areas. It will also include sports facilities to complement the missing spaces in the secondary school. The second facility is student housing, which is designed with consideration for the needs of current and future students.
