CULTURE HALL IN ROUDNICE NAD LABEM

The motivation for the design of the new cultural centre in Roudnice nad Labem is the insufficient capacity of the only hall in this Central Bohemian town with an important history. The new hall is situated in the immediate vicinity of the Gothic monastery, with which it communicates and tries to humbly respect.The multifunctional space provides the possibility of holding balls for up to 600 people, projection and theatre operations with a modular auditorium with a capacity of 400 seats, the organisation of talks, music concerts and training facilities for athletes. Together, the newly designed buildings are intended to transform the city's outskirts and support the current cultural events in Roudnice.
