House by the train station

The site is located directly opposite the train station in Roudnice nad Labem next to the former brewery. The train station is located next to the Elbe River. There is a large terrain elevation between the station and city center - the square or the castle. The only current path leads through the square. I create a new path from the station directly to the castle through the castle park. I propose two houses in the gap between houses, with a staircase between them, overcoming the first part of the elevation. Both houses are designed as residential with an active ground floor.
