Annotation
I design to Smíchov, I clean, I demolish, I look for a way to use the hidden potential . In the dismal situation of the Smíchov block, close to the railway, I design apartment buildings with intertwining roads, greenhouses and orchard trees.
I am calming Strakonická Street and adapting it to walking people, to cyclists... With sensitivity - so that the road is not a barrier, but a transfer station to the Vltava. I'm linking it to the Smíchov embankment and extending it. Right next door, I propose a 3.7 ha park with recreational use.
I'm stitching up the area, waking it up and making it alive.
