Multifunctional building on the borderline of city districts Smíchov and Košíře. The facility complements the existing Kováků block at the crossing point of transport infrastructure. The choice of building program responds to both local and citywide needs, offering a rich range of services for the public. A new gym for a local high school that forms the current block. An asylum housing for single mothers. A children's center with a learning pool. A youth center with a varied program tailored to the lifestyle of today's young generation- art studios, virtual reality, martial art, etc. A new public canteen. I am inserting a third high-rise landmark at the intersection of the transport infrastructure and the city center.
