Blatná captivates tourists with its historical charm and embodies a unique character. However, the current urban situation in the narrow vicinity of Blatná Castle diminishes this character. The urban concept involves connecting the castle axis with the town and connection with unique landscape potential that brings the possibility of a garden city. We are adding quality public space to support urbanity, opening up the historical meander of the Lomnica River, and creating a new urban district. The project of the building complex focuses on the hierarchy of structures, ranging from public urban functions to private ownership along the axis from the castle. The three multifunctional buildings house cultural, gastronomic, accommodation, residential, and parking all allong with public space
