New Počernice

The area under consideration is located in the town of Dolní Počernice and adjoins its built-up southern part. This part is bordered on the north side by the Českobrodská Street, to which apartment buildings grouped in passing blocks are located. Terraced family houses adjoin this part from the south side. Semi-detached houses with their gardens are proposed in the lower part of the area. The development is thus dispersed in the direction from Českobrodská Street to the green area. About the scope of the newly created development, we respond with a proposal for the necessary civic amenities, which became the subject of a set of buildings. These are a kindergarten, a primary school, a polyclinic, and a retirement home, as their capacities in the immediate vicinity are not sufficient.
