Spa Holešovice

The architectural proposal deals with the land in the city district Holešovice in Prague. The estate is conceptually divided into two parts, while the left one contains a proposal for a spa, a public space surrounded by apartment buildings, and a public space in the form of a promenade containing rentable spaces, a restaurant, and a cafe area. The public space is designed as a two-level mix of different approaches, either to the promenade, that is, to the river, or to the spa itself. The spa is a one-storey building located at the level of the river and its walkable roof makes the building quite invisible but at the same time unmissable. The spa offers visitors not only relaxation in several types of pools but also an unusual view from the interior of the river of Vltava.
