In the centre of Mariánské Lázně, a gap has been left by the old hotel development. The gap between Václav Skalník Sady-Kolonáda Maxima Gorky-Mir Square-Main Street has the potential to become the location for the Marienbad Film Festival. Also for concerts, for which there is no concert hall today.
