GOTHARD GALLERY

Not so long ago, fields were cultivated along the road to St. Gotthard's pilgrimage church. With the growth of urban development in Hořice and the development of recreation in the 20th century, the fields were transformed into a park, which was supplemented by sandstone sculptures and a self-built sculpture gallery thanks to the local stone tradition. Unfortunately, it is now very dilapidated and does not meet the conditions for exhibition. Therefore, a new gallery will be built in this small town. It will be a meeting place not only for those interested in art, but also for local residents and the general public.
