The way of water

The way of water brings peace and relaxation to the quarry. It accompanies visitors on their way through the quarry from the entrance to the center itself. The quarry area is divided into two levels. Accommodation units are haphazardly tossed in the upper levels like stones, while heavier and larger public buildings are settled at the bottom of the quarry. In the lower part, there is also enough space for the installation of works of art or the holding of cultural events. The quarry thus offers many uses and the space, where hard work was carried out for many years, becomes a space intended for relaxation and rest. The very morphology and materials of the buildings were freely derived from the shapes and materials found here.
