A44 - CLIMBING CENTER ŽATEC

Initially built as a warehouse for hops seeds and their respective processing, packaging and shipping in order to sell them it went without use for several years until it was repurposed as a commercial space on the first floor and occasional storage on the upper floor, with the intention of repurposing it for more long lasting use the building is supposed to be reform into a hybrid building for climbing and short stay housing. Located in the town of Zatec the building is meant to be preserved but revitalized with the prospects of the town becoming UNESCO heritage protected zone.
