Blau - Residential complex

At the intersection of Kamenice Street and Charles Square in Náchod, there is my residential complex with 3 buildings. The tallest building contains flats and a stationery shop. The second building also contains flats and functionally serves as an entrance to the adjacent building. Due to the small building area, caused by the risk of overshadowing the adjacent house, both buildings contain only one flat per floor. Between these houses, with simple decorative plasterwork, is a single-storey bistro building, which is complemented by a blue walk-up steel structure for relaxation. The project was named Blau after this small building. The entire plot area is complemented by one underground level of parking. And the complex also contains a barrier-free apartment.
