MULTI - PURPOSE SET OF BUILDINGS PETROHRADSKA x NOVGORODSKA in Prague 10

The proposal revitalizes the area near the Vršovicky nádraží in Prague 10. A new bike path and a pedestrian promenade with a sidewalk provide an opportunity for greenery and cooling off. Three buildings are designed in Novgorodská Street – administrative and two residential. The entire project highlights the potential of the space, which has been neglected until now, and returns to the area under consideration the basic attributes of the public's priorities – housing, space for relaxation, sports and leisure, commercial areas and administrative operations.
