This innovative project creates a community center with housing for seniors in Vršovice. The first two floors are reserved for the community center, serving as an open and interactive space for the meeting of children and seniors. Suspended studios and rooms for various clubs are located on these floors, with an architectural solution allowing for a view from above, encouraging intergenerational connections.
