Trees and houses

Near the city center, overlooking the castle, along the river. Three houses and trees. A new town part is being built in close proximity to the historic center of Blatná. Surrounded by water, a park and historic buildings. The character of the garden city is completed by low, compact buildings. Proposed project follows the main street. It creates a square that forms the entrance to the town part. The square has a residential character with a water element, which is a symbol of the presence of water in this place even in the past. The townhouse gives a new face to the utilitarian building of the supermarket and complements it with administrative spaces. The opposite side of the block is an apartment building. The third house is a hotel in the park, which opens up views of the town skyline
