Tower suite

The water tower from the 13th century in Nové Město nad Metují is part of the town's fortification system. Its location directly encourages its new use. In my design, I decided to insert a new structure into the tower, which creates an apartment in the tower. An ideal space for a weekend stay. You just have to be prepared for a stay in the tower without stairs. The inserted structure creates 6 floors. In -2PP we find a sauna with a hillside view. Above the spa there is a living room with kitchen. A new opening allows a wonderful view. Here also the 1NP is a vestibule with bought. How else but by taking the next stairs we get to the relaxation area. Half of the floor is a net that invites the visitor to just lie down. The last stair takes the visitor to the nest like bed.
