MARIENBAD HOUSE OF CULTURE

The spa has been a centre of culture since time immemorial. The greats of our history gathered here and created unique works. Since then, however, much has changed and the spa as we know it today functions more like an amusement park. The permanent residents are dwindling and tourism revolves more around superficial attractions than building on the glorious history. That is why I propose a multifunctional cultural centre that responds to these problems. It provides event spaces and responds adequately to the magnificence of the area.
