Bachelor project. "The main goal of the project is to create an area within Klárov, where people can live, go to work, meet and recreate together, as one functioning unit. The project should reflect the needs of the inhabitants, but also keep a high priority for other users as well. As the site suffers from many problematic concerns such as noise pollution and accessibility problems, the area is also a forgotten area overgrown with trees and unnecessary shadow pollution, with a lack of function and activity. The project will keep three main concerns in focus: Rebuild the accessibility of the site, affordable housing in co-existence with public facilities and sustainability."
