Apartment Building on the Lookout

The concept of my apartment building at the viewpoint in Mělník is the use of an currently undeveloped plot, surrounded by K Mostu street, as a connection of the nearby city centre with attractive views of the confluence of the Elbe and the Vltava and the nature surrounding this important location. The apartment building consists of eleven apartments located on three floors, with the upper one receding away from the vineyard so that the new building fits better into the context of the surrounding development. In the first underground floor there is a parking lot shared with the neighboring apartment building.
