New centre of Vršovice

Design of a new Vršovice center in the form of a complex of buildings and public spaces in their vicinity focuses on their revitalization in two stages. The first stage deals with the solution of the forecourt of Vršovice Station, specifically its eastern part along Vršovická Street towards the west of the railway overpass - Botič hotel and the corner building AV Tower. The buildings follow, among other things, the axis of the newly designed Vršovice promenade, with which, in the case of Botič Hotel and the Vršovice market of the adjacent proposal, they are in direct contact. The second stage comes with a new solution for the urban multifunctional stadium Ďolíček used by the players of the football team Bohemians Prague, which will now offer an active ground floor along Vršovická Street.
