The topic of the bachelor thesis is a design of an apartment house in historical centre of Humpolec. The building is situated in a gap site and bounded by the parsonage. In the nearby vicinity there is St. Nicholas Church. The apartment house is a four- storey building with an inner courtyard. The ground floor is accessible for public.
