Boulevard Freyova

The intention of the proposal is to create an urban boulevard. Freyova Street, now fragmented into many individual distinct places, has been unified to form a single entity. Starting in the north, the UN Square. Further south along Freyova Boulevard, a residential complex is created, providing continuity. It includes a middle building as a complement. The focus is on the revitalisation of the former brewery building too. The western part of the park is full of cyclepaths, footbridges over the Rokytka River, while the eastern part of the park brings a new line of skyscrapers and a contrast between the grid of the city and the organics of the Rokytka wetlands. The southern half of the area includes new neighbourhood, new parallels, and the 'Iron' building for example.
